Managers
This was an unfamiliar word — growing up, and to an extent, still. I have held, hemmed and hawed at this role for around 5 years now, and my tools and thoughts have changed a lot. I have gone from trying to solve every problem in people’s life, to equipping them to find their own answers.
Overall, it helps to have good managers for yourself, regardless of whether you enter this role — and I have had excellent versions of them, twice before.

हताशा से एक व्यक्ति बैठ गया था
